- When you complete a payment for an order, Your order status will change from "unpaid" to "paid" within 24 hrs. Then your order is already in processing .

You can check your order status by access to our website then click to your order profile to review any detail. Your item status are described as:
Awaiting in production queue = First status after payment made. Waiting for our staff to enqueue the order.
Item in processing = Order was put in queue, and currently in production progress.
Ready for packing = Production was completed, awaiting for packing. Please note that we need to split shipments in case of large order.
Item shipped out = We've shipped out your shipment(s). You can use tracking number to check your order status.
Item delayed = Some problem(s) has occurred with your item, We will send you the email and please check your email for the decision.
Awaiting for refund = This item can't be provided due to some problem , We will refund you the cost of item which we can't provide.
- The production time is about 4-10 business days and the delivery time is about 5-8 business days . Normally you will get your order shipment within 2-3 weeks after payment date . We do guarantee if 4 weeks after payment date but the shipment still not arrive your address , We will take reimbursement response for you.

- The shipment tracking number will be provide as soon as the shipment will be send which may take time about 5-10 business days after payment date . ( You can access to our website to check your order status anytime . )
- This is the Pre-Paid Method . Sometime we could not supply some of your order items because of the accidentally temporary out of service from the manufacturer. In this case , We will contact you by email for asking your decision of Item Replacement or Item Individual Refund . So please monitor your contact email regularly .
In case of some of your items are delay or accidentally out of stock, we will contact you by email to ask your decision of change , waiting , or cancel the item. If you choose to cancel and get refund , we will also refund the individual of shipping cost of an item .
- If you need items in hurry OR urgently situation , we may not suit with your request AND may not fulfill your satisfaction . However you can contact us to cancel the order and get the refund anytime .
- Our products quality may not equal compare with official products , If you expect the high quality as original . It's simply that our products may not reach your satisfaction .
- We always split your order to many shipment ( 4 or 5 items/ package ) for the purpose to keep you Free of Tax . Our shipment through worldwide almost never have problem with import customs . However if the tax / fee has occurred , The recipient have to take response for the tax .

If you place order of 4+ shirts, we will partially ship them whenever your items are finish in amount of 4 or 5. We always split the large order into small packs, each pack contain 4 shirts to keep you free of importing tax. It's typical that you will NOT get all shipments at once. ( in some case each package may contain more or less than 4 shirts if necessary) .
The shipment through Germany and Austria have a high chance to be inspect for tax / fee of charge. So please monitor your order shipment status carefully.
- We always use courier express service ( Fedex , DHL ) for Worldwide shipping delivery service . But for South America ( Brazil ) OR some remote control area OR far away location , We have to use Global Airmal Service which may take time about 10 - 15 business days for the delivery time .
Returns and Refund Policy

However if the problem which could be occurred , We take response for your as this following . But you have to inform us within 7 days after you recieved the package.
- If your received item has any mistake , error ( wrong size , wrong model ) , Please send the clearly photo / pictured via contact email for us to identify the problem . We will keep record for further improvement . And then we will take reimbursement response for you .
- If your received item has any defect ( dirty , stain ) , We suggest you please try to wash the spot with soft hand wash first . ( The dirty spot can be happen while on transportation process ) . If stain spot can not be clean , Please send the clearly photo / pictured via contact email for us to identify the problem . We will keep record for further improvement . And then we will take reimbursement response for you .
- If your received item don't have main problem but the overall quality can not reach your satisfaction , You can return the items back to us to request Full refund . ( Only for New Customer who has below 3 items at first order purchased )
Refund process
If the refund process need to be apply for you . The refund process will take abount 1 - 2 business for processing . Then the money will be return to your credit card within 7 - 14 business days later depend on your credit card . When the money has already returned to your credit card , We will provide the refund transaction number for your reference .
- Refund request over 7 days after payment that have a Bank Fee 10$ (not us), you won't get the total money. Optional is we will refund you on next purchase.
